------------------------------------------------------------ University of South Alabama Center for Healthy Communities presents: "Go Red with a Purpose" at the Spot of Tea in downtown Mobile Saturday, February 20th, 2010 10:00 a.m. -12:00 pm. CHC, Center of Excellence in partnership with the American Heart Association is sponsoring this event to provide tips on being heart healthy and information on the positive effects of physical fitness. This is not a typical Go RED event! Please come dressed in comfortable red attire (sweat suit/workout gear and sneakers are recommended). We will demonstrate how going red can reduce the risk of heart disease through fun physical activity!
